Refund Policy

All items at The Grizzly Wool are handmade to order, including hand-dyed yarn and finished goods (hats, baby items, stuffed animals, and more). Because each piece is made individually rather than pulled from ready-made stock, all sales are final.

Color & dye lot variation: Hand-dyed yarn is a natural process, not a printed pattern — colors may vary slightly from the photos shown (screens display color differently), and dye lots can vary skein to skein even within the same colorway. This variation is part of what makes hand-dyed fiber unique, and is not grounds for return or refund.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, please contact uswithin 7 days of delivery, with photos of the issue included. We'll work with you to make it right.

Questions before you order: If you need multiple skeins to match dye lots exactly, or have any questions about a piece before purchasing, please reach out first — we're happy to help you choose confidently.
