Shipping Policy
Every item in my shop — yarn and finished goods alike — is handmade after you order, not pulled from ready-made stock.
Hand-dyed yarn: Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be dyed and processed. Many orders ship faster than that, but 4-6 weeks is the window to plan around.
Need it sooner? Expedited processing is available at checkout. Choosing this option moves your order to the very front of the queue — all other dyeing stops, and your yarn is dyed immediately and specifically for your order. Expedited orders ship within 5-7 business days.
Finished goods (hats, baby items, stuffed animals, and more) are also handmade to order, one at a time — turnaround varies by piece:
- Small items (like a newborn hat): often just a few days
- Mid-size items (like a baby sweater): up to about a week
- Large or complex pieces (like an adult sweater): can take several months
If you need something by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm timing works for you.
Custom Baby Blankets: Require a 6-month advance ordering window. Rush orders may be accommodated with special contact and a $50 rush fee.
Digital patterns: Delivered electronically — no physical shipping involved.
Order issues: If a shortage or unexpected issue arises with your order, we'll reach out to you directly. If you notice a problem with your order once received, please contact us and we'll make it right.
